Tavernier explores earthy, often savory flavor combinations that are unique to the locale, using seasonal, area-sourced ingredients as often as possible, paired with the finest, ethically-sourced South American couverture that can be found. Tavernier offers a wide array of chocolate truffles, bonbons, tablets, and their singular line of chocolate charcuterie online and at their shop at 128 Main Street in downtown Brattleboro. The shop is open Wednesdays-Saturdays 11-5!
